System Health: checking your website

What it checks

Open System Health in the menu. Every time you open it, it goes and asks each part your website depends on, right then, rather than showing a status we saved earlier:

• Your Website: your live website, as visitors reach it.
• File Storage: where your website's files are kept.
• Global Delivery: the network that delivers your site quickly to visitors wherever they are.
• Application Engine: the processing behind your portal and website features.
• Smart Routing: what sends each visitor's request to the right place.
• Database: where your account's information is stored.
• Business Email: your mailboxes, if you have business email.

Each card shows its status and, where it applies, how quickly it answered. The banner at the top sums it all up.

What the colours mean

• Operational (green): we asked just now and it answered normally.
• Degraded: something is not responding normally. Refresh in a few minutes.
• Down: something is not working.

Click Refresh to check again at any time. If you have more than one website, choose which one to check from the menu at the top.

If something is not green

Please tell us. This page only checks when you open it. It is not a monitor running in the background, and it does not alert our team by itself. Open a support ticket and say what you are seeing. We would far rather hear about it twice than not at all.
