Your dashboard and a tour of the portal

The dashboard is the first page you see after signing in. It sums up your whole account and tells you when something needs you.

A four minute tour of the dashboard and every section. Watch on YouTube

The summary cards

Across the top, four cards sum up your account:

  • Active Projects: how many websites you have, and how many are online.
  • Service Tier: your website plan, for example Professional.
  • Next Renewal: the date of your next monthly payment.
  • Needs Your Reply: support tickets waiting for an answer from you. When this shows a number, open Support and reply, because those tickets wait until you do.

What do I need to do next?

Under the welcome message is a link: What do I need to do next? Click it and our AI agent reads your account (your websites, your domains, your support tickets and your billing) and tells you in plain words what needs your attention right now. If nothing does, it says so.

Below every answer it shows exactly what it looked at, so you can see where the answer came from. It never changes anything on your account; it only reads and explains.

Your website card

The large card shows your website: a preview picture, its status, its domain, and whether its security certificate is active. That certificate is what puts the padlock in your visitors' browsers.

  • View Site opens your website in a new tab.
  • Analytics shows how many people visit (on the Professional and Premium plans).
  • Website Details opens everything about that website.

While your website is still being built, the card instead shows where the build is up to, and a button for whatever comes next, such as paying the setup fee, reviewing the site or activating your subscription.

Services and payments

Active Services lists everything you subscribe to, each with its monthly amount. Manage takes you to your Subscription page. Recent Activity lists your latest payments, and View all history shows the rest.

The right hand column

  • Quick Actions: shortcuts to open a new ticket, view your subscription or go to your websites.
  • Latest Ticket: your most recent support ticket and its status, with a button to open the conversation.
  • Monthly Tip: a short tip for getting more from your website.

Notices at the top

If something needs your attention, such as a payment that did not go through, a notice appears at the top of the dashboard, so you see it the moment you sign in. It explains what happened and what to do.

A map of the portal

The menu on the left takes you to every part of the portal. Each has its own guide:
